Orkut Update – Now Get Friend Requests only from people of your Choice. – Reduce Strangers in your Friend List

This is another, nice Update…
Thanks to this you can manage settings in your profile such that only those people whom you want, can Add you as a Friend…

To do this : Go to http://www.orkut.com/PrivacySettings.aspx

Now see This Screenshot

On choosing :

  • anyone on orkut.com – Any one From anywhere can send you Friend Requests
  • anyone who fits one of the following selected options : Choose Between

    * people who know my email address
    * friends of my friends
    * people from the following countries and regions

  • So, Thanks to these setting now you can get less unwanted Invitations.. which means less Strangers in your Friend List.
