Thanks to this you can manage settings in your profile such that only those people whom you want, can Add you as a Friend…
To do this : Go to http://www.orkut.com/PrivacySettings.aspx
Now see This Screenshot
On choosing :
- anyone on orkut.com – Any one From anywhere can send you Friend Requests
- anyone who fits one of the following selected options : Choose Between
* people who know my email address
* friends of my friends
* people from the following countries and regions
So, Thanks to these setting now you can get less unwanted Invitations.. which means less Strangers in your Friend List.
