How to Brand Windows to your Name

Many a times my friends asked me How to brand windows to your name or similar to this like adding their Name their or customizing it. So today i m focusing on it today and going to tell you about it , but today tricks will only work on Windows XP, for Windows Vista or Windows 7 their are tools available on the Internet so you can use it for doing it for making changes Just Follow the Simple steps that will simply let you do the changes without any hazel.

  1. Go to Start Button.
  2. Open NotePad
  3. Type the Below Format in the NotePad :
    [General]
    Manufacturer=Your Name Here
    Model=Your Model Here
    [Support Information]
    Line1=Your Name Here
    Line2=Your Address Here
    Line3=Your Email Address Here

    [General] Manufacturer=Your Name Here Model=Your Model Here [Support Information] Line1=Your Name Here Line2=Your Address Here Line3=Your Email Address Here

    (Note : You can Also add Line4 or Line5 you can add as much as you want )

  4. Then go to File and then Save as
  5. Then name the File as OEMINFO.ini and save it in
    C:/windows/system32

    C:/windows/system32

Now to Verify it , Right Click on My Computer and then go to properties you will see the results.

If you want to add Image then make a 108×108 bmp image and name it as OEMLOGO and save it in

C:/windows/system32

C:/windows/system32
